Thank you for shopping with us! We want to make sure you have all the information you need regarding shipping times. Please read our shipping policy carefully.

Pre-Made Orders: For items that are in stock (pre-made), orders will be processed and shipped within 5-10 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Pre-Orders: Once all pre-made stock has sold out, we offer pre-orders for certain items. Please note that pre-order items are made specifically for you and may take up to 25-30 business days to process and ship. The production time ensures that every piece meets our high-quality standards. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your pre-order has shipped.

Important Notes:

• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
• Pre-order shipping times are estimates and may vary slightly based on production schedules.
• If your order contains both pre-made and pre-order items, your entire order will be shipped once the pre-order items are ready. you can order separately  if you would like to receive  pre-made item sooner
