To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To start a return, contact us at support@roundedfate.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request. After reviewing and approving your request, we will provide detailed return instructions.

Customers are responsible for following return instructions. Once we receive the returned item, we will process a refund for the original order.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order after receiving your refund.

Our return policy lasts two weeks. If you do not contact us within two weeks of receiving your order, we will be unable to process your return request.
